New Permissions
Additional privacy tools have arrived to Thangs! Models and/or folders can be toggled from private to public or vice versa. Privacy settings can be set during the upload process or at a later time. Want to share a private model with someone? No problem, invite users to collaborate.
Improvements have been made when visiting Thangs from Facebook or Instagram. When clicking links from these apps, links open within the app's browser. This experience hinders the download process. New prompts have been added, guiding users to a successful download.
Finding for your favorite designers has never been easier with our improved search results. Searches for "chaos core tech" or "emily the engineer" will now return results for ChaosCoreTech and EmilyTheEngineer. We've also added additional support for shortened queries like CCT or FHW. Try searching now.
Along with improved search, better hashtag support has been implemented. This populates more accurate and consistent results. The tags now ignore cases, for example: #diY or #DiY will return the same as #DIY. Consider a few contest hashtags to try: #summer, #garden, and #DIY.
